Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Important Notice — Fragrance Shipping Restrictions Due to their alcohol content, fragrances are classified as hazardous materials by many carriers and cannot be shipped via air to certain destinations. All international orders and some domestic orders may be shipped via ground only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for fragrance orders.
Returns & Refunds Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we have a strict return policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
- Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and completely unused.
- Opened or used fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
